Do we currently see little girls going around as Spider-Woman? Im not so sure that the female gender is endeared to Spidey, and heroes in general, as the boys are. M2c.

We see spider gwen. And yes for Halloween, girls dress up as spiderwoman.

My daughter, who was Spider-Gwen and Batman during past halloweens, disagrees. 
There just hasn’t been much visibility with Spider-Woman. That’ll change with the movie, I’d guess. Unless they screw it up royally, and Sony never does that.
