Your replies make sense, and are atleast encouraging. Wish the TFAW CS communicated the same way. Would not hold them to anything as a guarantee, just want to know what my options are, to keep the collection going affordably.

I’ve talked to Kyle and Spencer many times, and it’s always been very cordial. I think you might’ve just had some miscommunication with them.
But remember they are just CS. They don’t see everything from every angle and aren’t involved in every aspect of the orders.
So sometimes it easier for longtime customers (like myself and many others) to explain as we’ve experienced it all from all angles and different circumstances.
I get about 250-300 books a month from them. They are very good about fixing any issues. Nothing is perfect, but I’ve found them to be the best one for me so they get my business.

I am looking for a new online site to buy from. Company wants my money they need to step up and do better. If I used excuses in my business to customers I would be out of business.

If you’re not someone who buys a lot of incentives, that seems like a smart move to me. If you can find somewhere who has reasonable incentives, that’s cool too. Problem is, most retailers are speculating. It’s so easy for them to get the information now.

My TFAW orders have been taking 2-3 weeks to process before shipping as well as most of the people in here.
Ok, to pull admin duty, this topic should be moved to the Online store report card thread. Trust me, I get the frustration and actually think I started the snowball effect by mentioning my recent messed up order, but for reason of making it easier for people to find things, lets take this line of thought over there.
