LOL ya there are a lot of characters that look similar. Kind of hard to come up with a completely new look at this point.
Armor suits vs Man with Disfigured face? Come on… That no comparison. They could do better I think in coming up with a new character.
What about a disfigured armor suit?

Disfigurement is a common motif among criminals. As is financial hardship.
So far this Desmond guy hasn’t really played much of a role at all. Who knows if he’ll be anything like Two Face.
Oh I know but come on… he’s just another two face without the split personality disorder (by looks)… they could have done without the entire side of his face just like two face I think… Just comes off as… lazy. And yes, War Machine is sort of lazy too but at least it makes sense on how and why with these Iron Man suits that anyone can easily use without being Tony Stark.
