I am sorry to hear about your loss. I lost an Aunt & a Uncle the past two months. Both from cancer.
Yeah mine was my aunt and uncle 3days apart. Covid complications from last year lingered never fully recovered.

But we’ve been told by our warehouse that accounts set to receive the “do not bend” stickers are now being sent in the t-fold (gemini style) mailers even at low quantities, and have been for the last several months. (Previously they would print orders with a notice to stamp/sticker on DO NOT BEND notices to the package.)
So if you’re someone who has had bad experiences with the rigid envelope mailers, shoot CS an email and ask for do not bend status to be added to your account. It would make it a lot easier for them if you just included that in the subject as well. (“Please add do not bend to my account”)
Unfortunately, the carriers couldn’t care less about ‘Do not bend.’ For anything under a box worthy amount, the Gemini type mailers just need extra cardboard reinforcement inside.

I had Covid in the beginning. I was lucky it was mild in my case. It effected everyone differently. Most of my co-workers got it also. I work for NYC Transit.

I’ve had Do Not Bend on my account for some time and I’ve received nothing but the crappy mailers for smaller orders. I wanna say just in the last month or so I’ve had 5-6 small orders and all have been sent in them. Including damaged orders and the reshipments. So maybe communicate to the warehouse that they’re full of crap.
