Okay, they warned of this, kudos for warning ahead of time.
So they caught the mistake but didn’t change the pre-order price.
Cool, some are gonna score a ratio for a great price if they were one of the early ones who pre-ordered.
Okay, right there it’s stated they’re probably gonna get 10 of them. So if you were one of the first 10, you’re in (hopefully if they actually get 10 of them).
But fast forward to now… oh, nobody got it, they just canceled everyone and listed at the super new dope price of $119.99, a far cry from the $19.99 original price they had listed (which was a mistake on their part but seemed to not get updated on their original mistake which should have been updated immediately).
It’s nice they can cancel on their customers after FOC but their customers can’t cancel on them after FOC…Whatever. It is what it is. Eventually someone else will do it better.
i added it on June 7, not sure what time, but I have the 8pm daily email they send out for things you preordered for that day. FOC is listed as 5/23/2021 with a 7/6/21 on sale date.
I was about to go lookup the FOC date on this one… yeah, 5/23 and notified 06/08… should have been notified at least a day after FOC when they were doing orders and realized the mistake and not tell people that “some” will get it only then to cancel them all and then jack the price up.
I ordered the children of atom 1 high ratio variant when it popped up and it came from tfaw in a gemini mailer. Wondering if there are rules on what mailers they use or is simply the whim of the person packaging and shipping the book.
I thought so but I think there was someone here that said that they had that status for awhile and they were not consistent with shipping it in gemini mailers. In the past i would always try to buy enough books (more than 10) so it more likely ship in gemini mailer or box rather than chance it.

If you have customer service questions regarding TFAW, talk to them directly. Last I saw @RipCityGamer was trying to make sure the “Do Not Bend” was being followed by the TFAW packers but you’ll have to take it up with their customer service if they’re not following their own guidelines and that you requested the Do Not Bend on your account.
Thanks for the replies. Sorry didn’t intend to derail the thread. Reason I asked is because I am all done with TFAW and my only preorder remaining is the 1:25 Boba Fett next week. Just wanted to know if I should order some more books to get a Gemini. Thanks again for the info.
