Yeah I thought no more exclusive but I see stores promoting upcoming exclusives for the series.
As far as I can tell, issue 17 and 18 exclusives were just with Scotts, as Tynion and the Scott’s people have a close friendship or something like that. So it was done outside of Boom, with their permission. I really don’t know the details, just saw it talked about somewhere when 17 was announced.
Yeah, they’ve both been with Scott’s. I think that if Boom were breaking that promise, they’d go ahead and actually break it by letting the flood gates open. One store exclusive with 1500 total copies doesn’t seem like a big deal.

The later printing ratios seem to pop up anytime and in short supply.
No, the regular 3rd print is up and coded correctly.
They likely just missed there being a ratio which happens from time to time.
