Even if there are a lot of the 1:50 for sale the demand will be insane. I rarely buy 1:50 but happy for this one!

HOS is going to have a crazy high print run. Personally Iām interested in the Frison ratio because of the art but Iām not expecting the value to shoot up into the stratosphere and not paying a lot to get it. A one-per-store would be interesting.

Everyone says that. But I have yet to see Frankieās. ComicMint Comics Elite etc sell ratios for low when they have store variants

BRZRKR was fully returnable with a 1:1000 signed by the creator, who happens to be one of the biggest movie stars of all time.
This book should never be used for a comparison like this.
What should we compare it with Big Trouble in Little Chinas #1 400k print run or any of the other giant Boom #1 print runs
Brzrkr was the anomaly. You said stores and Iām talking stores that do variants in generally. Brzrkr was a shit show of returnable books and gimmicks. Where are the low price Nicehouse ratios? They had store variants? I see no low ratios etc.
did nice house have a 1:1k ratio? no it didnt, nearly every store is preselling the 1k ratio for HOS, they will dump those ratios. but hey go buy more of them at ratio or more your money your lose
Nice house had a 1:25 not a 1:1000 dell Otto, 1:500, 1:200, 1:100, 1:50, 1:25, brzrkr did. HOS doesnāt need to be returnable to get people to buy it they will still buy it in the 1000s. I paid $25 for the brzrkr 1:200 when it was listed elsewhere for $179

I hope this new 1:500 and or 1:1000 doesnāt turn into a new trend cause all itās doing is proving that all you people actually buying them at inflated premium prices have a serious case of FOMO. Thereās treatment centers I think that can help. If you find yourself shelling out a few grand for a brand new released ratio modern variant, you need help!
