People be cray cray. By the time you get it (if you get it) from TFAW it’ll be below ratio.
Diamond shipment is late this week according to the website
At least they’re consistent… good 'ol Diamond knows their days are numbered so I don’t think they give two flying F’s nowadays…
Anyone leave near the stores and see if they have books in stock in the shops. I really have a hard time believing that books are late every week for a year.
You mean anyone who “lives” near the facility or stores.
Not “leaves”. I was confused for a moment.
I agree…every week is statistically impossible unless they are located in Alaska, maybe.
Typo. It happens.
They were on time last week.
I can tell you no delays in Hawaii but one week out of this year. Pretty amazing Diamond is late to Oregon every week.
I think they get backed up and it’s easiest to just blame diamond.
OOhhhh… Can I start blaming Diamond too? I stubbed my toe the other day, it was all Diamond’s fault…
I don’t mind it that much. My bill won’t be as high.
Except if they double up.
It’s Diamond’s fault I keep eating unhealthy despite my best efforts to lose weight! Seriously though, I am trying.
Damn I was wondering who/what was doing that to me! Curse you Diamond! (I swapped to PRH anyways so oh well!)
I walk/jog the pup 3 miles in the mornings and 3 miles in the evenings. I didn’t change my diet drastically but cut it down to only eating between 12 noon and dinner (usually before 8pm) and I already shaved 20lbs in the past 3 months… first month I didn’t lose much, I think I was building muscle back in my legs and such but yeah, I think one key aspect is after dinner, make sure to not eat anything else. Those late night snacks is what really keeps the weight on I think. I wouldn’t say I’m obese but I’m trying to get closer to my ideal weight for my height.
Eating during an 8 - 10 hr window during the day is a very good start. Cutting out sodas is another quick win. Cut out fried food…and you are probably on your way to losing 10-20% of your weight with just those few things.
I did an experiment one time and only ate natural food / green smoothies and did not exercise one bit…I lost 25 lbs in 3 weeks, and felt great! … I need to do that again…
I was about 275, ate really well and was more active for a bit. I dropped to 250. Then I kinda drank some more soda, ate kinda crappy more often, all that. My weight stagnated.
I either drink way too much soda or none at all, so I’m back to basically none at all.
I am eating better again too.
My weight is starting to go back down once more, I’m 246 as of today. I also walked a mile by looping around one of our relatively empty malls while my son was at school.
I hope to get down to 230 in the nearish future and have a long-term goal (way long-term) of hitting 200.
This is way off topic so let’s get back onto it or split this discussion into a thread titled something fun like, “CHU Health Club,” or such!
Yeah, I cut out soda long ago (I have the occasional one once every couple of weeks) but also sticking to more veggies and such as well.
We should start a new topic… “Super Hero Bodies Here We Come - A CHU Weight Loss Story”
