Man, I get upset when a shipping service loses or damages a single box I send. I canāt imagine how nightmarish it is for a whole pallet to go missing.

I know a whole palette going missing and an emergency factory shutdown doesnāt exactly fall under TFAWs fault but holyyyy craaap the amount of bad luck that has gone down with them over the last many months has really driven me away as a customer. I only place a handful of preorders now because shit takes WEEKS to get, even when there arenāt outside forces delaying them. I was easily spending 1k+, sometimes upwards of 2k a month with them for nearly a year and now I think I have 1.5k in preorders total through the end of February (including the last 3 or 4 weeks of orders that havenāt even processed yet.)

I am starting to gravitate towards this also. I am skeptical by nature and really find it hard to believe they are having all of these issues one right after the other. I could be wrongā¦but either way this has really hurt their customer service and relations. I have books on my pre-order list stalled out and scattered across the last 3 months and Decemberās are just a $h!t show.
And looks like they are about to get bought out.

Maybe the new company will get them the resources needed to rebound againā¦ so could be a good thing but could also end up being a bad thing. I guess they see potential if theyāre willing to buy them.
