I finally got my TFAW from February 3rd today… it decided to stay safe in Houston for a week during our Snowpocalypse here in Central Texas…
I see no action/movement on my Feb 3rd order at all. And some items I preordered arent even included/processed in the order. Hoping for the best.
Only way to know for sure is to ping CS. I know Black Cat 2 was one of the issues being replaced for damages but not sure when/if that shipment arrived.
My 2/3 order has finally shipped. No movement on my 2/17 but now we know why.
@RipCityGamer , just opened my TFAW package. Tell the warehouse crew and packers (when they’re back), superb job. I think every single book was a 9.8 or better. I seriously couldn’t find any flaws with any of them.
I got a regular Daredevil 2nd print instead of the 1:25 I paid $20 for…
I called, customer service said to email them…I did that…No response from TFAW yet.
Give it some time. You’ll get your book
I had a similar thing happen before with TFAW and I ended up with both books (after they shipped the correct one). Took a day, or two, to get a response after emailing about the issue.
My 1:25 was damaged. They didn’t have any more on hand obviously so they refunded my money and I kept the book.
Yeah…but if they didn’t ship it to me…who did they ship’t to?

It’s usually still in the warehouse if it didn’t ship to you and they’ll send it out. In a nice shipper and everything.
Holding out hope. I know things are a bit crazy with the weather and delays at the moment. It’s the first time they’ve messed up my order.
I am a little worried as I am supposed to have one on the way and you are the second person who has mentioned this error.
I guess I was lucky and my 2/3 order was one of the first ones to ship before the chaos ensued as it was delivered on the 12th. Now just waiting on the next three orders lol

Yeah mine took payment and that was it no other movement or notification. gonna email them today and see what’s up.
When did you report the problem? This came out weeks ago, but because I have my shipments monthly (to avoid the flimsy mailers) I only realized the issue when I opened the shipment on Monday.
My 2/3 order will not be here until 2/26 so I will not know if there is an issue until then.
I just reported it today. I got my shipment a while ago but didn’t open it until just now. They didn’t ship it when it initially came out so they put it in a later shipment.
