Processing is when the order is marked as ready to pull for shipment and you’re charged.

You guys must be really backed up. I have an order yet to go out that was processed 2/12.

Send CS your order number. There shouldn’t be anything that long ago still waiting.

Based on what I can see unless there may have been an issue with an order stuff from 2/25 is the oldest pre-orders still unshipped that have begun processing. If it’s older than that, ping CS and see if something is wrong.

And yeah just when we were about caught up we have a month of late shipments from Diamond mixed in with a full week of having to close down due to the winter storms knocking out power and shutting down the roads… But our warehouse crew has been working hard to get a little more caught up each week. Will help once Diamond shipments arrive on time and things can be sent out at once.

My 2/3 order still hasn’t been delivered @RipCityGamer i will contact ca tomorrow. It’s a FedEx issue not you guys though.

I’m still waiting for my order from 2/10 from FedEx. I could have tied it to a random dog and probably got it closer to my house by now. It will be nice once all the delivery networks are working correctly again…

My 2/3 is stuck in Chicago for a week with no explanation why. FedEx has been usekess

My 2/11 order decided to camp out in Illinois for the last 6 days…

It is hanging out with my 2/3 order. I got my 2/11 order yesterday. It came DHL.

Look what Gaaaaawd did to us!

I just got a big TFAW order. I ordered and paid for the Spiderman 55 2nd print ratio variant. I received the 2nd print. Not happy, TFAW!

Check your orders if you ordered the ratio variant!

It’s gotta be the same person who had the issues with the other one. Shoot me your order number in a PM and I’ll let the warehouse know.

On the bright side the last time this happened with the other 2nd print variant all of the copies seem to have been in the warehouse still.

Make sure to ping Kyle on the online chat as well. He can get it started processing quicker that way than if you email CS right now.

I always do the online chat, seems like it gets things moving along faster. But luckily I haven’t had to ping you guys/gals in a long time. I meant to with my damaged ASM #50 White Blank copy (clearly damaged prior to shipping) but I got lazy and didn’t care to waste my time or yours…

It’s basically in order of receiving. So if you go through email and there are 50 other people who emailed or who were having back and forth tickets going, you’ll be in the back of that line. Whereas usually less people use chat and chat closes quicker so there’s a more immediate reply.

Yup, email is always first come, first serve. I also figure most people don’t have time to sit around and chat, they shoot off the email and go about their business in most cases.

Chat you’ll get through right away. I’ve been having same problem on my last few orders. They get fixed by the excellent customer service of Kyle, but sometimes it’s in a good shipper my last one came in flimsy shipper and roasted the book.
