A Nova origin scene was originally a part of Infinity War. The scene however was cut. This scene involves Thanos destroying the whole planet Xandar in pursuit of the power stone which is pretty much Richard Rider’s origin. So obviously this scene could be added back to the rerelease of Endgame and could easily show ‘The only Guardian the Galaxy needs’ Nova rocket boosting into space for the first time. This picture from an Endgame trailer (pictured below) shows Thanos’s ship Sanctuary hovering above what has been identified as Xandar this scene however isn’t in Endgame.
If it is Nova, would have been way cooler if they introduced him in the original theatrical release.
