Not sure how many peeps in here are YGO fans but this hit me hard. I grew up watching the cartoon and collecting a bunch of the cards and over the years I’ve been in and out of the series but still always maintained a love for it. Rest in Peace
Note to self, always go snorkeling with at least 1 other person.
Never go in water alone, PERIOD. Swimming alone is dangerous even if you’re skilled.
Even while skinny dipping?
Especially when skinny dipping. A snapping turtle might clamp onto something and you’d need a friend to help!
Sounds like he could have been attacked by sharks…
I just baked some original Ted Lasso Shortbread Biscuits and they’re delicious. Just thought I’d let everyone know what I do on a Friday afternoon when I don’t feel like working…
Sounds fun, @agentpoyo! My Friday had me feeding my son his snacks after school and reading some comics while he sat with me on the couch looking at books and then played his Kindle. It was good to actually read some comics as I’m pretty behind on many. I worked on reviews of some that I read which I’ll post on the blog sooner than later.
You can’t say that and NOT share the recipe you used.
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter (cut up into smaller pieces)
That’s all… whip the butter after it softens to room temp, mix it all up until it’s coarse, place in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan, pressing down with spatula to even, bake at 350 degrees for around 30-35 minutes ( I also used parchment paper in the pan to easily lift out). Cut a minute or two out of oven, I let cool too long and when cutting it crumbled a bit so they weren’t cut evenly.
Yup.
Would explain why they are not at SDCC…
I’ve always found this week to be one of the very best for watching comic sales on selling platforms. Folks are so tied up into SDCC news/variants/exclusives, that the other stuff gets a bit forgotten.
Clearly not 100% the case, but generally speaking.
Also, people who want to fund all those purchases/trips, etc need some sales to keep their own purchases going and seem to be more likely to let things go with fair offers.
Yea.
And the weekend of SDCC, people are watching Ebay like a hawk.
