I’m not sure if anyone posted this, but Humble is selling a digital (PDF) version of 70 Hellboy volumes for a min. of $30 (pay anything above $30). Goes to a kitchen charity. Mignola posted this on his twitter. It says 35 volumes, but if you opt for the $30 level, you also get last year’s Humble Bundle, which is another 35 volumes.
Pretty fantastic deal if you’re a Hellboy/Mignola fan (like me).

Fun fact: If you buy this, you can adjust the percentage of dollars that go to Dark Horse, Humble, and the kitchen. The default has most going to DH and Humble, but you can change that.

I would actually consider buying this if it wasn’t a replica, I’m assuming it is just a photocopy since there is no actual facsimile released.

Resident Alien is a great show… it’s one of my favorites and I don’t watch much TV nowadays but that show I try to stay on top of.

Here is something I got from my cousin today. Big family reunion. My family on both sides are horse people and tied deeply in the horse racing industry. My dad was a jockey. My mom was a trainer when she was younger.
Anyway, I collect stuff that deals with horse racing and the Maryland horse racing industry (been going on since the 1700’s and George Washington used to put his horses in races in Maryland under a fake name.
So my cousin had recently recovered two of these signs. One is hanging in his house and the other is going to be hanging in mine.

Wait, say that again? Didn’t Marvel just say they want to make more stuff $3.99 and only have some books be $4.99? DC is going to shift more stuff up in price? Like, are we talking Black Label books or even a normal release? If so, I’m gonna be reading even less DC.

Starscream made that show. His banter with megatron made what would have been a boring good vs evil dynamic 3 dimensional. At least for seasons 1 and 2. Megatron would have easily ran to victory if not for Starscreams meddling and undermining.
