Odds and Ends

Really glad to hear this, my man. Wishing you and yours the best, always.

I forget your last name is the same as a good place to nap. Mine is literally a bitter tree.

100% of people associate hammocks with the backyard swing. There is another type of hammock though. Hammock is a term used in for stands of trees, usually hardwood, that form an ecological island in a contrasting ecosystem

Hammock is also the name of a fantastic post-rock/shoegaze band from Nashville. It encourage everyone to check them out.

Also, praying for your family, Anthony. Glad to hear the positive news.

Reminds me of that famous Shakespeare quote…

I suppose this is appropriate in this thread.
Vampirella 1 - Limited to 100 & 150 signed copies from Bruce Timm.
Lord only knows what the true print run will ultimately be for the covers themselves (unsigned); but these are signed for those looking for a Timm autograph. Apparently these were at the Lake Como Con?

Side Note: His sketchbooks are freakin’ off-the-chart expensive. Sheesh

according to Flesk and Timm, total print run was 500. Split between Lake Como arts festival (unsigned) and available through Flesk (signed)

I ordered the Fkesk, but it’s not even the best Timm cover this week. https://happycomics.com/products/red-sonja-noir-1-bruce-timm-variant

That’s nice. How is Happy Comics? I am not familiar with them.

I’ve only ordered once before, but it was solid. Shipped well packed. Seem to be on the comeup

Has anyone had a comic damaged from a comic presser?

it’s a risk you take. I had a 1950’s Swedish Superman that popped the center wrap when he was doing a CPR. Not his fault, but sometimes these things happen.
