new haslab
Hasbro be smokin some crack
$325 for a $50-$60 toy. ( and a few figures…)
smh
I bought a few of the previous Joe Haslabs, but for this vehicle at that price point…f#ck!ng absurd!! Easy pass…
Apparently Dynamite can’t make payroll next week unless they get some of the million dollars diamond owes them?
Silver Sprocket is allegedly in huge financial issues too? They’re a fun indie publisher who I follow on Facebook and their hot pissed about an article discussing all their issues.
I bet Dynamite is in trouble. They were deeply tied with Diamond. Nick Barucci and Steve Geppi I feel like have been friends forever.
I bet that friendship isn’t that friendly now…
Never is when millions are owed.
I see people getting great stuff from Facebook marketplace. This is the kind of posts I see in my local marketplace
I see that Wildcats in dollar bins all the time. Now, to be fair, I have a strong desire to buy every one I see (I don’t), because that single issue is a top 5 book for me. I vividly remember pulling that from the shelf in 1992 and thinking this was the coolest damn book I had ever seen. I do still have my copy that I pulled from the shelf, and I’ll never part with it.
Of all the things Hasbro could have selected, I feel like the Snowcat was one of the worst choices. It was a cool toy and all back in the day, but I think there are quite a few others that would be more popular with fans.
Slugger, mobat, sharc, wolverine, mauler all a bit better choices from those most popular JOE years of production. My thought on it anyway.
Yeah, pay your debts people. Bankruptcy doesn’t void your debts entirely, it just allows you to get your shit together in order to pay off those debts. Most don’t realize it doesn’t forgive your debts… you still owe in the end.
Bankruptcy helps people who can no longer pay their debts get a fresh start by liquidating assets to pay their debts or by creating a repayment plan.
I think those who file bankruptcy should be severely limited after their first filing (it’s called, you get to go find a 9-5 job where you’re not in control of any finances for any type of business for X amount of years). Too many go right back to bad habits cause they suck at managing their money and businesses they start.
Just wasting your time. These people think they got something rare so it’s the worth is always stuck in their heads…
Problem is most times after liquidation there is nothing left to continue on with
But it’ll be different next time…
Yeah, this is why you always incorporate or LLC, so yeah, the business is on the hook and if there’s no more business, then nothing to give and it doesn’t affect those personally at the company or owned the company. But that’s why I think in some cases, those who are owed money should be able to go after the actual people responsible within the company. Bankruptcy shouldn’t be a free pass for those who can’t run a effing business in my opinion…
Yeah, clean slate… I get to fsck up again and again without any repercussions.
