I mean, I get it, I would feel uneasy getting threats as well. Shame on anyone threatening violence over some comics but come on… there is zero need for him to publicly state what he did.

Well, since he’s in bankruptcy, there’s an overlord probably making sure he’s paying off his debts first… hopefully all the money is trickling into those who are owed and eventually all those who paid for goods not received either get those goods or their money back.
I don’t condone violence but I have zero sympathy for careless business owners… that’s who Kevin Fields is, a shitty business owner who needs to get out of this business.

That guy is just a poor excuse of a human being. Zero accountability. Zero transparency.
His circumlocution and gas lighting is incredible. The few times he does provide updates, he typically goes back on prior statements etc.
Somehow, he’s the victim.

In the dark, private conversations…how do folks truly feel what should happen to a person who lies, cheats, and steals (in some of these cases) thousands of dollars from other people. My friend lost over 1k to him.

Do people not read or listen to the news…people will take someones life for cutting them off in traffic these days.

Yup, here in Texas you don’t honk or give anyone the bird while driving, you might just die for doing such things. Let it go and move on when someone acts like a turd on the roads… If they look like they’re driving recklessly, then just call 911 and report them.

So basically, he screws over customers and when they react he gives out passive aggressive threats that he will now “carry”. Well, I’m sure many of those he screwed over will carry as well. Also, a good excuse not to fulfil comics and of course not refund. Maybe some time in jail would straighten this guy out, but I doubt that ever happens. Frankies just needs to go under and all involved need to fade away.

Yeah, unfortunately it’s more civil than criminal of what he’s done. Perhaps all those who don’t get their money or comics, they band together and do a class action suit against him to further increase the odds he stays away from this business and industry.

Looks like they are out of Apex, North Carolina…pffffftt…who isn’t carrying there. Heck, NC is an open carry state last I knew of.
