I pre-ordered a couple new release books from Big Time over the summer. It was over a month after release and I got nothing. I messaged them through their website, nothing after a week. I messaged the marketing email from their advertising emails they send, got a shipping notice 2 days later.
I preordered a 9.8 from them for a book that came out early August. I figure 3 months is enough time even for cgc so skipped a step and just emailed the marketing email. Will see how it goes.

[/quote]. Just realized I forgot about a similar order from them as well. I sent them an email at 8am this morning (Sunday) and received an immediate response. They looked into it and and told me they had a network issue … “Shopify was impacted by a network issue which has caused some orders placed through third-party payment providers to fail to appear in the Shopify admin, despite the payment processing successfully”. They immediately refunded my pay pal account. I definitely am grateful for the rapid response and resolution.
Thanks for that reminder Anthony. I’ve got to track my preorders better. Anyone else who is missing orders from them (especially around the end of September) should check in with them ASAP. There may be many other orders that got lost in processing.
I used the $20 gift card they sent me to pay for 6 variants (cost $1 plus shipping) from the fact they have never completed any orders I have placed with them. We shall see if they complete this one.
Street Level and Unknown must be related? SL has Unknown books there, but the pricing isn’t consistent. Who knows, but I grabbed 6 exclusives for a little over cover price including shipping.
I just got an email from BTC. The book that I ordered they had for cover price is a $40 book. They had it in stock a month ago when I ordered it. They are saying that their inventory says they have one still for me but can’t find it and that they are checking with their partner stores. Um… just refund the money at this point. It’s been over a month and you haven’t shipped it. They haven’t even contacted me to let me know there was an inventory problem. Refund the money.
I sent a second email after they emailed me saying that they were trying to check their partner stores. To be honest, I checked their partner stores before ordering from them. They responded at 3:45 AM this morning saying their main email account is down and that I should check their Facebook page (I do not have time to monitor all the facebook pages from all the places I order from.) Also that they would refund me but have yet to refund me.
I did just look at their page and in August they said they were taking a break from shipping to move to a new location.
