I’d be willing to bet you’ve got another box coming. I’ve had my order split into two boxes from TFAW before.
Missing 1-2 books, things happen. Missing 50 books doesn’t sound right.
Shouldn’t there be two tracking numbers? Nothing is on the way from FedEx per my account/app which captures everything coming to my address.

Yes. When I did get it split into two boxes they did give me two tracking numbers.
It’s just another way to email them.
I’ve only got one. I’ve had much larger orders ship in one box, so not sure what happened here
Just called and sounds like it was a screw up. No other boxes are on the way.
I’m sure they’ll be sending the other books since they should have them still

Still waiting on my 6/3 TFAW preorders to ship. This is getting effing ridiculous that it processes for weeks before shipping. What’s the excuse now?!
I got a chance to check my pre-orders. The only thing I haven’t been shipped is The Rise #1 which was on sale 4/7/21 (maybe they got damaged) but oddly I already got copies so that’s not a big deal if I never get it and then BRZRKR #1 3rd printing, but that’s only because I pre-ordered 5 for giggles knowing I wouldn’t get 5 of them since they were allocated and limited to 10k total, 1 of them was already shipped and received so it’s sitting in my pre-orders cause their system thinks I should still get 4 of them.
So yeah, sucks for the rest of you all but TFAW apparently loves me, I’d say all my orders have been fulfilled and received now. I feel lucky… maybe I’ll go buy a lotto ticket!

I’m a long-standing TFAW customer who orders 100+ books every two weeks and I’m usually pretty quick to defend, but this one isn’t cool.
I get when they accidentally list a $8.99 cover as a $3.99 cover, and they adjust the price as it was priced at/below their cost. That’s happened to me with Last Ronin and I get it. Can’t sell books below your cost.
But changing the price of a ratio variant (priced at a profit already) after it locks isn’t cool.
I will email CS and I’m sure they will let me drop it, their service is always top notch. I will still continue to use them as I’ve found them to be the best company I’ve ordered from.

Why is it a 1:25 price now? IDW 1:10 are never that much?
Ya, sounds like there is confusion at TFAW over whether this comic is a 1:10 or 1:25
I believe it has been changed to a 1:25.
My point being though at $7.99 it’s still 2 times cover and 5 times cost, so typically you’d honor the price it’s listed at as it’s still a profit.
It’s a different scenario then the Last Ronin which were raised recently as they were at/below cost. Last ronin is solicited at $8.99 cover. So that’s fair game to raise those to cover price.
A 1:10 ratio (or a 1:25 ratio) isn’t solicited at $9.99 as the email states. It’s solicited at cover price and stores typically mark them up as they wish.
Not complaining as I’m sure they will let me drop it, but I found the email quite odd as in my thousands of books I’ve bought from them, I’ve never had them raise a ratio price after lock.
