So I recently just read Lemire and Sorrentino’s Green Arrow run. Got it in a hardcover from my shop and it is without a doubt the best thing I have ever read. I absolutely love this creative team and will now buy anything with the two of them together.
This is an instant buy.

I wish this was more than 6 issues. Based on the buzz I am sure this will be very successful. Unfortunately that buzz may also result in high print runs. I’m still in, but a little cautious from a spec perspective.

True but sometimes the best stories happen when the beginning, middle and end are already thought and planned out. When you see those mini-series turn into ongoing, that means the writers are winging it and I think the stories most of the time lose their edge and appeal.
