It appears the villain Javelin has been cast for the HBO Green Lantern series he first appears in Green Lantern #173 there’s a regular copy and I’ll add for @ToddW a newsstand, and Canadian newsstand. Dollar binner for days.
But I’m sure many already have this from a long ago weekend specs that is aging well.
The drama that has been [in the works since late 2019 will now focus on John Stewart, one of DC’s first Black superheroes. The series, from exec producer Greg Berlanti was to originally have revolved around Guy Gardner and Alan Scott and had already cast Finn Wittrock and Jeremy Irvine as the respective Green Lanterns.
She may not be ok for other reasons, but I don’t believe the wild fires reached her community.
I’ll be traveling to Hawaii for my 50th. I’ll have to reach out and see if she has any insider tips on what worth/not worth doing. Maybe she’ll respond.
It’s funny, when I vacationed back in 2018 in Maui, I ended up staying in airbnb about a hundred yards from where Alana was living at the time, not even realizing it until it was later that year I sent her a comic, noticed the area and address and had to see how close I was. Probably bumped into each other on the beach or grocery store, didn’t even realize it.
She is posting on eBay and Mercari. She’s alive at the very least!
Sounds like Tom King is very involved in this Green Lantern series, which gives me some optimism.
