This guy has a copy in hand but only shows this panel of Robin King says he can’t show more with out getting anyone in trouble probably shouldn’t of even shown what he did. He talks about the whole story though.
About the 10:30 mark he shows the book
Bruce Wayne microwaving kitties is enough to make this book hot without Robin King or Darkest Knight lol

I got one $35 a couple weeks ago but from a smaller shop I haven’t heard of before so who knows If I actually getting it. There’s a few larger sites I’ve been watching regularly and the 1:25 never was posted. And 2 of them show sold out listings so I’d see it if it came up and sold out.
So … Legends it is. How does he get advanced copies?

I know I’ll get my copy at that price 
they also posted sold out on their Facebook about 5 minutes after I purchased it so will be interesting to see the price when they start hitting eBay it’s a lot of comic collectors dream scenario hot first appearance character only on the incentive variant. Doesn’t happen just about ever like that.

It’s gonna be red hot right away for sure. I’m just not sure he lasts. Typically you need to be THE big bad to retain value as a villain. Villain spec is tough as it is long term. With them keeping Darkest Knight/BWL as his boss, I can’t see him getting out of that shadow. And I can’t see them not bringing BWL back in his original form with how successful they were with that character.
But that being said…I’ve got multiple copies of DM 2, Legends, DM3, Metal 3, DM 3 Federicci and every other darn appearance because of FOMO.
Well I don’t have to get the peach Metal #3 anymore so that’s $60 saved now

Ha. Fair point. I didn’t even think about that. Off my phone alarms now too.
Even though Robin King is old news to us it’s still got two weeks to brew and fester so we are getting in early and it will be stupid crazy tomorrow when the going rate is $20 for the book. Will catch some people by surprise after Snyder’s purposely misleading comments. He did the same thing with BWL he said he would appear first in Metal 2 failed to mention it was a cameo and he would also appear in Teen Titans 12 on the cover in full the same day. I knew that he’s probably doing the same thing pumping the current Metal series.

Well, BWL I get. Metal was his book, he didn’t write Titans. So I get pushing people towards your book.
He wrote both Legends and DM3, so it doesn’t really make sense to push one over the other.
I’d guess it’s more creators having different meanings to words we use towards appearances. He said something along the lines of he’s born in DM2, but it’s really his full appearance in DM3 where he interacts with other characters. Both really can be true. What if legends is 99% origin and the throne is final panel. Then in DM3 he interacts with Wonder Woman Batman, etc… both of what Snyder said is technically true.

Well…I have 5 ordered via ebay & TFW sources.
Anymore I can’t rely on shops. This book will be fire on release & I am confident won’t make it to shelves here even if preordered (sadly).
Very, very rare that I pre order more than 2, regardless of the book.

I don’t know if it’s still orderable for shops, I assume it is, but I can see it being fairly under ordered as a one shot tie in.
I have 13 of both covers and the 1:25 coming from UCS
