Does it go back to 15% after September 30? 15% is higher than even eBay. The fine print doesnt explicitly say it goes back to the normal rate, just that Walmart reserves to the right to revoke the offer at any point.

Walmart with a policy that upsets consumers? Not surprising. You ever try to return a pair of pants that didn’t fit but you lost the receipt?
