Too bad your customers weren’t like me. I’ve had two packages go through this in the past year and the sellers had them sent if found yet still refunded me. So, once the packages did actually arrive, I reached out to the sellers for their paypal info and resent them the money so no one was out anything. Only bad part is now I have some doubles cause I didn’t wait for the packages to be found before I reordered the items.

Moving right along….

Hey. Linthicum Heights is my neck of the woods.

Providence is less than an hour from me…my typical distribution center is Springfield MA….

Apparently heading to Albuquerque to make a left turn…

@drog I passed through Providence tonight. I am up in Salem and will be in Boston all next week.

Hit any comic shops on the way through? There are quite a few…however I’ve mostly cleaned them out.

No. Sadly drive straight through. Gonna hit Salem and Boston ones though.

My street has been under construction for the past six weeks, with about four more to go. They’re doing a full tear-out, sewer replacement, the whole nine yards.

Because of that, all of our mailboxes were temporarily relocated about six houses down. They’re all grouped together in one giant metal trough, sitting in the middle of the road next to the ROAD CLOSED sign.

Like many of you, I get comic books delivered almost daily. Apparently, walking the extra few steps to my front door has become a relic of a bygone era, so instead I usually get the familiar “Couldn’t Deliver” notice in my mailbox.

Fine. No big deal.

I’m more than happy to drive to the post office several times a week, stand in line for 30+ minutes, and retrieve the package myself. That’s not my complaint.

My complaint is that we’ve apparently evolved beyond even filling out the little yellow “Couldn’t Deliver” slip.

Instead, I was introduced to what I can only assume is the newest innovation in USPS customer service…

Apparently someone decided, “Why write a notice when we can just do this, this is just as good?”

Forget “2 girls 1 cup”

“Between 2 mailboxes” sounds like a new fetish…

I mean they could’ve crammed it inside the box. Do you have the same mail carrier or do you get a random assortment?

It looks like it would have fit at an angle, no?

When I replaced my mail box a few years back, I took mailers with me to Home Depot and Lowe’s to make sure they would fit into the box I was going to buy.

You would be surprised by how many mail boxes that loom like they’d be ok, but are just ever so too small to fit them in…or just look too small to the point a lazy usps delivery person doesn’t even make an attempt.

I upgraded my mail box a few years ago to fit comics and other packages going out and coming in.

Exactly what I did years ago. I installed a nice, oversized locking metal mailbox. Unfortunately, that is sitting in my garage, however the city was so kind to loan all the residents affected by the street construction these tiny little tin cans …can’t wait until the street is complete.
