No. There is reference to a child in hell named Simon. He is being taught to be the Kingslayer. I don’t recall seeing the child in the series.

No, Simon Pure is a white adult I believe, this is an African American child
The only thing I can think of are those two kids that ended up being the epitome of Good & Evil
I was thinking the kid is from Spawn Universe but cannot find the issue.
