It’s a variant that was given to members of the “press” at the Press preview “Maiden Voyage” on March 1.
It has no barcode on the front and a black bar across the top that says “Exclusive Press Copy.”

looks like the put the comic in the tote with the rest of the free stuff to give out to press, no bag or board. in other words there are no nm copies of that book. at least those given out in those sets

If you’re going to print a new cover anyway I don’t get why you wouldn’t tweak the design too to actually make it unique. Im sure the artists have concepts they didn’t use.
im calling bs, that one copy is thrashed, no one would pay 100 for that
