What is the spec on hr8 2nd print?
I remember someone on here saying to snag those a while back.
First Cohmac Vitus cover.
I keep scooping up the cover b and 2nd print design variants of Jabba #1. Only have one 1:25 since theyâve held value really well. I love comic first appearances from characters who live a long ass time. So many opportunities to get Deva in a show.
What DrunkWooky said. but I also like that one long term because
A. the cover is sick
B. First full Reath Silas (unless Iâm missing something) and Reath is one of the main characters from the YA books.
C. Presumed lower print run as a 2nd print (but who knows)
HR 8 is the First Full Appearance for Cohmac Vitus, Velko Jahen, and Reath Silas.
And the cameos for Monshi and the unnamed Jedi.
HR 8 2nd print is the first cover for Cohmac Vitus, Monshi, Orbalin and 4 other characters who I havent yet identified. @drunkwooky - who are they? - I circled them in red in the pic.
Comichron Estimate for HR 8 2nd print is 5,312.
2nd print HR8 isnât in the wookywiki.
Need to update pick. Doesnât have circles.
Click the pic twice. Theyâre small-lined circles. haha
Iâm pretty sure most of those 4 are from Myarga the Huttâs team. Just canât remember their names.
My doctors tells me I should consider bifocalsâŠ.youâre not helping.
That could also include first prints that were also sold. I would never estimate additional prints since theyâre lumped in with all the other printings for an issue.
Lol think you could have made those lines thinner???
Well, apparently Key Collector hasnât spent much time on the range or farm because a whip sure as hell isnât the same as a lasso
Youâre right. It could. Which would make the 2nd print have even less.
Working on a bigger lined version! hehehe
Coming right up!
Or more, we donât know since itâs only Diamond sales info, not counting any other distributors in the mix.
HR8 2nd print was released before PRH started distributing.
Yes but comics arenât always sold via Diamond from the publishers/printers, etc. Yes, they held a monopoly for comic shops but not all avenues when it came to selling and distribution. For all we know, Marvel had thousands of copies sent directly to them to sell at Disney World/Land, etc.
As disorganized as Diamond is, they could have misplaced a few boxes in the warehouse and weâll find these in WalMart packs two years from nowâŠ
We should not use comicchron guesstimates on unreliable data any longer, past, present or future.
