I have received several emails saying my orders are shipping from Target today

Look for them at Ollie’s and Five Below too. More likely to be there than Target.

That likely means they are all each shipping in separate boxes that are a tad too small…and rather than angle them to allow for more room, getting crammed and bending the card and creasing then plastic blister pack.

Just asking for punishment buying from big retailers who treat these like kid toys that they intend to be ripped opened and played with in the sandbox in the backyard… 
We aren’t supposed to open toys? It is like the polybag some comics come in, take them out!

Grabbed 2 3.75” bobas.
Selected the pickup option. Hoping to run to the store and grab them on the way home. But we’ll see if they actually have them in stock.

Got one boba today using pick up. Zero on the shelves
Showing sold out at my store. Nothing on the shelves.
Could not leave work early, so Good thing I ordered pickup! And qty of 2 because the packaging is damaged on one of each. So that one I open!

These (Boba especially) are smart buys. They will definitely be sought after later down the road.

Seriously, action figure “release dates” have become an absolute crap shoot and Hasbro telling you a release date is a joke.
If you live in China or Southeast Asia, you probably had that figure available 3-4 months ago. Meanwhile, we’re still waiting on it being officially stocked in U.S. retailers.
So, short answer: it’s entirely possible that figure is in-hand with that seller.
