I actually understand this.
My cousin just recently sent me a picture of a late 70’s Black Sabbath/Van Halen concert he attended.
I just thought it the darn near coolest thing I’d seen.
Gosh the memory of those two behemoths of rock
I’ve kept ticket stubs from things I attended for fun.
I still have my stub From the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels tour. I went the night Axle Rose fell off the stage. Guns and Roses was on before them. Good show!
Ive kept all my ticket stubs since I was a kid. Kind of a hobby.
I haven’t been following the ticket stub market that closely. Is it just debut tickets that have been rising or also significant events (like 500th homerun for example)?
Speaking of career HR marks, the Blue Jays ticket in my ticket collection was the game where Jose Cansecos hit his 400th career HR. April 14th, 1999, Blue Jays vs the Devil Rays. Anyone interested in a ticket from Jose Cansecos 400th career HR? Lol
I’m sure he will sign it for you for $50 lol
