A few recent pickups. Bought two more copies from the same seller. Which brings my total to four newsstand copies of Avengers Academy #1. The moment any of the characters that first appear in this issue are announced for other media they will skyrocket. Chase after the ratio variant all you want, I’d take the newsstand everyday. Paid $52.58 for both including shipping.
Bought 10 copies of X-Treme X-Men #10 Newsstands. It’s got a few firsts of minor characters. Paid $15.50

I did see a Young Avengers 1 Newstand on ebay today, but more than I’m willing to spend at the moment.
Did you mean Avengers Academy #1? Yeah it’s probably mine. I’ve had people buy books unexpectedly at those high prices for newsstands so I at least start them out high.

I think he may have mistyped it. I was talking about Avengers Academy #1. I’ve never seen a newsstand of Young Avengers Vol. 1 #1 ever. There is a newsstand of YA Vol. 2 #1 though.

I think they were referring to volume 1 young avengers 1.
I haven’t seen a newsstand either although I’m sure @ToddW will have looked harder than I have.

Wow!! I’ve really neglected this thread for a long while. I’ll probably catchup at some point but my sales this year have been great. I’ve earned just a bit more selling comics this year than I have at my actual job. I have a ton of pickups as well that I can hopefully get to soon.

Missing several months of sales and purchases so I’m starting with my most recent purchase. I just need a second print to complete my set. I think I could easily flip this $325 purchase for $400-500 but I’m going to sit on them until the book spikes again.

Another recent purchase of $10 including shipping. I believe it’s the first appearance of the BC Avengers. You can’t go wrong with a Ghost Rider on a Flaming Mastodon/Wooly Mammoth.

For $15 including shipping I picked up Daken’s 2nd Appearance and First Cover in Newsstand. Unless you’re counting his hand as a first cover on WO#10. Sorry for the bad seller pics.
