Getting wind of a 2099 Verse show, most likely animated like Moongirl, Modok, Howard the Duck, and What If?

On a side note Marvel 1991 Annual report (magazine size) shows the 2099 line up before any issues came out. A pretty nice preview. May gain some interest if any 2099 shows are realized.
EDIT: Ignore my comment below. I reread what you wrote and just meant it would be animated in the same manner of Howard the Duck, not that he would be in it in a 2099 form. Excuse my bad-reading.
I thought Howard the Duck already had a Hulu show that would be more TV-MA along with some other shows? Has this changed? If so, do tell!
