Absolute Batman 6 is the one to watch. Have to keep up with the market and make sure it doesn’t sneak up on us.

Could a Knull type situation too, where a second or third print has the desired cover. My concern is the over ordering of the later printings.
And here I believed the publisher when they said Joker was going to “debut” in issue #7…

This is classic story telling and nothing new. Even movies and shows end an episode on cliff hangers, new characters, etc. It’s all to get the reader wanting to come back for more or to watch the next episode.
It’s still a first appearance, cameo or whatever people want to call it. I still think we need to just stop with all the cameo shit and just call it how it is… first appearance, second appearance, first cover appearance, etc… etc…
Joker made a cameo in issue 1 but he wasn’t in costume.

Also, if I recall correctly he was completely shadowed but a smile and eyes would be seen.
So that’s first appearance. #6 is second appearance. #7 will likely be 3rd appearance.

Is it possible that #1 is considered as a Cameo and then #6 is either a full or yet a second cameo? It’s crazy to see how all this gets handled.
First was a cameo of a silhouette. His face is obscured. This one will be first full cameo followed by First full full
Glad I loaded up on #1 cover A since that could be the go to as it’s a double key. Then #6 was probably under ordered to a degree.
