I think on paper Nickelodeon owns all rights to TMNT, print and screen.

But I don’t think Nickelodeon (I think they own most if not all the rights toTMNT)…is gonna give them up, well at least to Disney for print rights. Nick is owned by Paramount, which is now becoming a major game player in the streaming department so likely a good competitor to Disney, so doubt those rights would ever get sold to Marvel.
