If I donā€™t list the orders I want shipped when I buy the ship my hold box do you just ship everything you have available at that time? Or do you need them listed?

Hi faele, I donā€™t know if this is only happening to me but on my orders page my orders are not updated as fullfulled or pulled. I usually keep ordering every week so thereā€™s always new books on my hold box. But because I donā€™t know which books are pulled I donā€™t know when to ship my hold box or how many books are there.

Yeah thatā€™s something I need to work on. I have been trying to figure out a way to add an additional ā€œstepā€ between ordered and fulfilled that says ā€œpulledā€, but Iā€™m not sure how to do it and havenā€™t had time to work through it.

Right now, unless we said we had damages, itā€™s safe to say that your books that were ordered are here and ready to go.

Iā€™ll keep trying to work on visibility for you all.

From my experience, as orders are filled, your individual order status changes from unfulfilled to fulfilled or partially fulfilled. If you click on each individual order, if an item has shipped, a tracking number is attached to it.

Cant see the listings. Keeps giving me errors when I try to check out. Have two books in my cart but not allowing me to check out.
