We made some improvements to your order visibility yesterday. We sent an email out, but basically if you click “Order Lookup” on the main page, then enter your email address associated with your account, it will bring up all your orders. There is a table with definitions on each order status, and we will continue to improve the process as we learn what you all are looking for.

Added a few more Star Wars comics for order. I’m trying to grab up all I can from the distributors that are related to first appearances of the bigger characters.
I have one more page of orders to go through, apparently the order page was longer than I thought (I was super tired when I was implementing all of this…was 0130 when I finally called it a night thinking I got through everything lol). I would say its 85% completed though. Will finish up tomorrow
It doesn’t I don’t think. I’m still trying to see the limitations of this app. It was a quick fix…and is a little time consuming. Long term I’m going to need something a little more automated.
I’ve got some of those and quite a few of the Ahsoka FOC variant. Really nice books. The hardcover should be released sometime this month. Still waiting on a couple of those.
Does the “hold” still release automatically after 30 days now with the new system in place? I think that is how it used to work. I’ve racked up a bunch of hold orders and I have a preorder coming due next week, so I’m ready to make it start raining comics, lol. Just wondering if I have to manually release the holds with the new system or just let it happen.
With the new system just checkout with ship my hold box, and you don’t even have to put the order numbers in, we will just invoice you for available comics.
I also have it set to update you via email when an order is placed into your hold box. It has a link there for the Hold Box product as well for ease of use
