I haven’t watched this since I don’t have HBO but apparently there was a big cliffhanger at the end of the first season.
I didn’t watch it either, but that sucks for all the people that actually liked it and wanted more.
You can do a free trial of HBO Now and cancel after one week, fyi.
It wasn’t so much a cliffhanger as a thing not meant to be followed up on a la the original series.
I think this is honestly a good thing. I was fine with the ending.
Sometimes, trying to keep a good thing going just doesn’t work.
I think Breaking Bad and the release of El Camino is a perfect example.
I hated to see Breaking Bad end but yeah, stick to the story, the more you drag it out you start to lose people. Good example of dragging a television show out is Walking Dead. I actually liked the El Camino story as well. A decent followup to know the details of what happened to Jesse.
