These JTC Boba Fett Negative variants are not the easiest to determine 1st vs. 2nd prints.
Something about 1 vs. 2 printing dates? and the cover is a little darker on the 1st print? (And of course the obligatory red dot on the bag which does absolutely nothing).
This is not the easiest thing to figure out.

My holiday Boba is a second print. My ESB boba is a first. I haven’t gone inside the books yet to look at the printing dates or other indicia. Maybe we should start taking photos and comparing notes.

I (believe) that I have found the answer:

TESB Fett:

● 1st Print:

  • the indicia at the bottom of Page 27 reads: “Manufactured between 08/13/2021 and 08/23/2021 by FRY COMMUNICATIONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA, USA”
    ** the UPC barcode on the back cover is 00481

● 2nd Print:

  • the indicia at the bottom of Page 27 reads: “Manufactured between 10/08/2021 and 10/20/2021 by FRY COMMUNICATIONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA, USA”
    ** the UPC barcode on the back cover is 00418

Holiday Fett:

● 1st Print:

  • the indicia at the bottom of Page 27 reads: “Manufactured between 08/13/2021 and 08/23/2021 by FRY COMMUNICATIONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA, USA”
    ** the UPC barcode on the back cover is 00491

● 2nd Print:

Is that the full barcode? I’m not sure if this is common knowledge, but there is an easy way to tell first and later printings, as well as variant covers on non-newsstand books by reading the final top line numbers of the barcode. Granted when there are 1000 covers for a book sometimes this goes out the window.
