That’s a tall baby.
Yeah that’s not a baby variant. It’s his somewhat unique style. His earlier x-men work was sweet.
I love supporting artists through their own variants, but 3000 copies at that price for a miniseries is a bit much imo.
Anybody interested in my local shop’s Vinyl #1 exclusive? Not sure on print run, but I’ll ask when I go in today:
" It is the first in a series of connecting covers with very limited availability."
Print run is 250 on these and supposedly a metal cover with a 100 print run is coming tomorrow.
Or get it directly from the creator’s comic imprint shop (scroll down). They have all the variants including 1-6 set.

Alex Ross MOTU variant available now.
Picked up a couple.
Wish they had a blue label CGC option. I don’t care for autographs so that $200 SS option was a hard pass for me.
Yep, you could definitely do that. My bad, I didn’t know it was shared among a bunch.
Why is that a cover art
One could also question why that one guy painted a Campbell’s Soup Can and it’s now worth millions…
Art is subjective is the simple answer.
One of the dumbest covers I’ve ever seen
I won’t go as far as to calling it dumb but it does nothing for me. When I see sneakers, I just imagine smelly feet were in them and now they stink too…
I hardly look at this thread anymore since Ive stopped buying these, but that sneaker cover is one of the worst I have ever seen.
Warhol wasn’t just an artist. He was a master navigator of the press and the, “Art,” of celebrity. Interesting guy.
Yes, I know. He was also a MIB Agent too… right?
Evan Peters AKA Quicksilver played him in American Horror Story too. Did a solid job.
Now everyone aping the JTC negative space stuff
But the 8 bit version with this one…
