Also…spoiler although I think most know this from the trailer. Want to be respectful if not.
Man-Thing just became the next Groot. Just absolutely perfect in every aspect in this.

Didn’t see Elsa but Jessica Jones was alright
Man-Thing and Jack Russell were done Justice and so much for Jake
the hulk/black widow homage they did with manthing and elsa was great
That was very entertaining. My question is what is Elsa’s first appearance with black hair. Seems people went crazy about her red hair but she showed up with dark hair. Lol.
Sort of throws the Nextwave #1 is more important than Bloodstone #1 simply because of the red hair thing out the window.
Never understood the argument with regards to that. Collect whatever you want and there are some cool Elsa books and covers out there, but Bloodstone #1 is the book when it comes to her first.
only people that said that were one that didnt have bloodstone 1 or plenty of nextwaves
If Marvel horror takes off, and I hope it does, there will be plenty of room for more than one Werewolf. I think Jake is just a little ways off. I want lots of werewolves, vampires, demons, skin-walkers and wendigos! …and of course Man-Thing. Hell, throw Howard the Duck in there for some comic relief!
About damn time Marvel righted the ship! This was exceptional!!
I am in favor of these hour long one-shots with great action that get to the point instead of a drawn of 6 episode series filled with anticipation and frustration…
My goodness, that was fantastic. I don’t mind the quippy movies and shows, but this cleverly worked just a little humor in at the right moments and balanced any levity expertly with action and horror. It was a treat. More of this from Marvel, please.
Ive got serious fomo here, haven’t hardly had any time to read or watch anything. I’m two weeks behind on comics and shows.
That was a great show. Reminded me of staying up late as a kid watching old horror shows all night.
I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet. Is it really “scary”? Just wondering if the kids could handle it. They’ve watched all the other Marvel stuff with no problems.
I didnt find it scary, but it is a bit bloody. Especially for something you would watch on D+
It’s definitely a bit spookier. And maybe bloodier than I expected. Having said that, I loved it. Simple. Self-contained, but opens up a whole new world. New characters. More like this please, Disney.
My kids, who have seen most/all of the MCU, are currently too afraid to watch it. But, they are pretty wimpy with horror stuff. Me, too, but this was great.
It was pretty violent. Its black and white but you seem limbs get chopped off and slashes to the head. At one point a guards gets a massive blow to the chest. Also some pretty brutal burnings. Definitely most violent stuff ive seen in any mcu property
My wife hates scary stuff and was okay besides some slightly creepy moments. If your kids could handle the scary parts of, “Moon Knight,” or the newest Doctor Strange flick they should be okay. Those got kinda scary in spots for sure! Hope that helps you, @beachboy
If your kids are in middle school or later, they should be able to handle it. Younger, maybe not so much.
Good way to put it. If Multiverse of Madness didn’t bother them, this should be okay.
Thanks for the feedback. I love this site.
