That’s what I’m doing. Love the book, love my wife, love the gift! I was just legitimately curious as to what a centerfold meant, because to me it is a pull out poster.

Dress the wife up as Batgirl, Take a photograph the size of the centre fold, put it in the middle of the comic, And there you have a memorable comic book, that ticks all the boxes, A true centre fold picture of Batgirl in the middle of the first appearance of Batgirl, of the one who caused you to own it in the 1st place…Job done!
…and imagine many years later when the kids sell off his collection unbeknownst to them what lies inside…
You’ll be giving someone a good story…
The art of the centerfold, aka the pin-up, is dead. They should bring them back.
