What music are you listening to?

Ya. Seen this Plant clip. GVF has brought rock back to the mainstream. No offense to other music out there today, but rock has been off the radar for 15 years and it’s time for a rotation back to it.

MF Doom and Czarface. MF’s last album

This afternoon and evening has been Eagles, Marvin Gaye, Alice In Chains (Favorite Band), Danzig, Linkin Park. Who could possibly guess what’s next?!

@jimee11 I’m late to seeing your comment, but live 15 minutes from Greta Van Fleet’s hometown/place they began. Saw them perform quite a few times in their early days. Home town heroes around here lol!

Love MF Doom.

i woke up this morning listening to Billy Joel’s “river of dreams” but that’s just because it was goth day the other day jk. Mostly been listening to anything Madlib produces, most recently Freddie Gibbs, and I really like Playboi Carti’s “whole lotta red” I think the production is great. Also been listening to Paul Mccartney solo records after 2000, late period Sonic Youth and Unwound, and im now just getting my feet wet with the “new” death metal scene in the US, mostly through Blood Incantation’s “Hidden History of the Human Race” (which i would recommend those who think nothing good has been made recently in rock) and Imperial Triumphant’s “Alphaville”

Around Friday or so I have been listening to Post Modern Jukebox a lot. Just love the talents. Even if I am not a fan of the song itself, the 1920’s singing styles always mesmerize me

Talking about what music… anyone have mp3s on your computer?

I don’t want to hear stories of Spotify, pandora, or whatever you stream music on.
IF you got music mp3s, let me know if you would allow me a copy of it if I sent you a flash drive.

What software platform do you use to copy/burn your mp3? I have couple of discs with old school rap that I cannot download. I burned them on a windows XP and they don’t work on my windows 10. Any advise?

Also have been enjoying the Devil’s Daughters. Do Rockabilly.
