As much as I’d like to be out of it, I’m holding my Star Wars spec until that fandom gets excited again.
Keeping all Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen until they hit live MCU. Other Marvel, not so much.
I’m selling all things that can make a profit. Most of the Marvel spec stuff is in the toilet, so I’m holding that only because I don’t want to sell at a loss.
For example, I have a couple 9.8 graded New Agents of Atlas War of the Realms 1. Those are going for $60-70. I’d rather hold in hopes they go up a little. But, if there’s any news on those, I’m selling immediately.
Stocking up like crazy on any black costume spidey books along with any X-Men keys. Obviously a bit late now but I’ve been buying them for awhile.
Also keeping all key video game books as well as harder to find movie related horror books (Freddy, Jason especially)
I’m getting rid of quite a bit of other horror books (Charlton especially). Strike while the iron is hot and it’s blazing hot currently.

I am not really stock piling anything. I have 50,000 comics. Unlike others I am keeping my horror books because that is what I love. Grabbing any and all 10,12,15 centers that I find cheap of any book. Some of these books are coming up on 100 years old. I am 12 years away from retirement and hope to sell comics in my retirement. Maybe open a shop.
I am selling anything I can find of value that doesn’t fit my collecting goals though.
I recently gave up on my non key and direct dark horse books. I am still holding on to dark horse keys and newsstands.

Same…Of course Disney will ignore a popular character that has had significant organic growth in popularity for close to a decade now. They have a hard time giving the fans what they want.
Doctor Aphra will come one day… just a little patience. They went to heavy on Star Wars so pulling back is a good thing… need to dial it back and then release it on a better more consistent basis to keep the interest levels going.
they just need to do a vader movie or series, and have her as side character

I still don’t have a copy of Aphra’s first. Every time I think of dipping my toes in it keeps dropping in price.
Seems like it has settled to around $100 but if you’re patient enough you can find it sub $100. All it takes is some news and this will be hot again.

Yeah, it really is. I have bought a lot at the lower prices and honestly just don’t have the room at the moment to justify buying more. I could find the room if they keep going lower I guess.
I’ve held all of mine since they were released, so really looking for that ROI from cover price. I even got the 1:25 ratio for cover price at Dragon’s Lair here in Austin when they were ordering more books and qualifying more ratios that they never hiked prices on.
the ratio 9.8 is selling for like 700 atm.
Mine are raw still… but probably both are 9.8’s… maybe if I send to CGC one will be a 10.0 even… 
That’s the best position to be in with this book.
I’ve been buying at these deflated prices for a couple reasons. The first is that I see it as a book that’s a no brainer to appreciate (again in this case). One that you kick yourself for not grabbing when new or the price was right. The second is that if it doesn’t, I really don’t care and won’t regret it. I’m a Star Wars fan and wouldn’t be upset being stuck with multiples of this book.
Total buyers market. Keeping an eye out for steals.
