Terrible cover
Funny how tastes can be different. I saw the Louw this morning and thought it was one of his best (up there with the Wonder Woman cover from a few years ago).
His Harley Annivversary book is my favorite. Can show it off later.
Such an incredible display of a hand painted cover.
Reminds me of Frazetta.
Soulless cover, blank bland expression, way too digital, lazy background, generic character design that unless I was told wouldn’t know that was meant to be Emma.
5-6 years ago everyone would be saying how great that cover is… just like all those Comic Mint exclusives with that one artist they pretty much had on payroll it seemed doing comic con exclusives and such that people seemed to gobble up… Shannon Maer… Yeah!
Artist:
Head
Torso
Arms
Poyo is right. This is boring now. 5-6 years ago I’d buy it if it was cover price.
Good artists find their niche and do it well but GREAT artists will find the time to keep their niche going but also experiment. I think Middleton does this well… and he does it very well I think.
id hit that
I have to say that Middleton’s range is amazing. He has put out a bunch of different styles and nailed it with each one. Still love the brilliant simplicity of his Batgirl #23, but there is so much else he can produce.
What is she looking at…?
The possibilities are endless…brilliant!!
I know I’m only half meeting the criteria as it’s an older cover. We have paper fingers and legs that should be amputated.
One man’s bad cover is another’s coveted cover! I bought it, not only do I dig Liefeld and obviously Batman, but the historical significance of the piece being Liefeld’s first Batman cover just tipped the scale for me.
Eventually it will be framed and matted along with @Gbess TOD 10 homage.
Yup. Thats pretty bad.
I legitimately laughed out loud when I just looked at that.
and its the extra buck
and speaking of which
did you physically see the "prismatic " gotham sirens covers
Swampy is like “Git that Sheet outta here!!”
WTF! My son can draw better than that WW cover.
