I’m pretty sure if vampirella put her arms down she’d have the same issue.
It’s like they removed their neck rings…although ai understand the rings don’t actually stretch the vertebrae, but is an illusion which is actually pushing the shoulders and rib cage.

I always played with Mighty Max and Polly Pocket. Same company produced both of them so the figures were essentially interchangeable in their playsets. I would have Max chill out at the hotel pool and Polly would go explore one of the monster areas. It was like a crossover before I knew what such a thing was!
