Seems like the 90’s was just yesterday when Kieth was getting big. His style was so out there it drew people in instantly making fans for life. Big loss for the comic world. RIP

I sent a fan letter in after reading The Maxx issue 1 and it got published in a subsequent issue. That’s my comic book claim to fame. Sad news. I enjoyed The Maxx. I’ve still got my McFarlane figure on display and remember how hard it was to find it in the stores back in the day. A life too short.

Lesser known inker for marvel/DC and star trek.
He drew a full body captain america pen & ink on the train ride down the Hudson River line to a NY convention for me back in early 90s.
I happened to sit next to him; and he had on a marvel tshirt, got to talking, he asked for my sketchbook to look at; and he just drew away. I offered money and he wouldnt take it.
A real real good guy.
