86 is a pretty good long life!
Controversial figure at times but did a TON for charity and various causes. I remember reading how whenever the United States had beef with the UN over the decades some years it wouldn’t want to pay member dues to make a point and Turner would pay it for America to both make a point and be a stinker.

What’s odd is that I think I heard his sons name mentioned the other day…and it made me wonder if Ted had already passed…and I thought to myself “that had to have happened years ago.”
That was literally Monday. And here we are.
Well, I’ll remember him for colorizing B&W classics. RIP.

When I was a kid growing up in Florida, we had no baseball team back then. TNT always had the Braves on. It was my chance to get to watch baseball on TV. Great memories.

Hope she pulls out of this though… 
I did think the same, actually. You never know how someone who seems perfect perfectly healthy could be dead suddenly one day and other people seem to be sick forever before they do pass away. Life is weird.

The 90s were wild with this, man. The whole televised chase, the trial, and so forth. The, “American Crime Story,” mini-series by Ryan Murphy and company about it was great at capturing the vibe, but still could only scratch the surface over its 10(?) episodes.
