Those covers would not be “worthy” at all. It would be so nice to see something like those awesome-sauce store variant covers for future printings, but eh, whatever I guess. The artistic caliber just isn’t there for me; that hammer looks like it is floating on a sea of excrement.
It’s just how marvel has been doing all reprints lately, 2nd print is a random but still important panel from the book and then 3rd is the new character/first app of the character within the issue. Kinda predictable by now. Then they just go on picking random panels from the issue for the 4th, 5th, etc

Not the case with Venom #25.
Eh true, but they were just cameos. But venom 3, venom 27 and Thor 5 all followed this pattern. Venom 26 didn’t since virus was already on the cover. I was just saying in general they seem to have a pattern going, not that it is the exact one Everytime…
For sure. I’m just saying that the caliber of some interior art really isn’t worthy of cover treatment, regardless of it’s importance to the story.

That cover was meh.
I kno that cover left a bad taste in a few shops who ordered heavy. Hence why some not all are treading lightly on these additions prints.
