Issue 1 has 10 printings and a bazillion covers…
I saw that on face book but previously it had issue 1 on it.

You know, I only set up once a year at a show, but I was asked enough at the last one “do you have any Static?” comics, that I’ve started buying some of I like the cover or it has a decent arc. I typically would have passed buying any.
Although to a greater degree and more obvious, the same with Red Hood and Nightwing (but they weren’t asking because of Mora or beef cake), they just love the characters and wanted their comics.

Absolute Batman can do no wrong right now, but at some point the ride will end or slow. I like the series and I am keeping a set for myself but I have been selling my extras of all printings. No regrets if it is more now than it was last week or a couple months ago. I have made good money on it, so I am happy. I just don’t want too many “spec” copies collecting dust six months from now if the series does begin to slow at some point. New series especially can be very fickle. Hot for a year or so, then a few month later most have moved on. It can be at times hard to figure out when that will happen or which series.

gotta be honest, ive been doing well w/ just AB and Nightwing issues alone. Anything extra is just gravy.
sell now while the iron is hot! put the extra $ towards some stock, 401K contributions or towards a bluechip key you’ve wanted
