It also has this really neat feature with music at certain parts you scan a QR code and it plays on your phone… I’m new to this feature and it was implemented really well, and the music was great!

Buy BRZRKR #1 and then #2, take the coupons into your shop and see if they give you your free SIKTC #1 8th Printing for free like the promotion states… pretty sure most are gonna say, nope, “while supplies last”, I’m all out (but you can find all my copies up on eBay for sale)…

I know that but there are already shops soliciting that you buy the SIKTC #1 8th but get the BRZRKR comics for free… 
The problem with this promotion is, BOOM! didn’t set any rules or guidelines for retailers to abide by. There are going to be plenty that abuse it to use to their own advantage. If BOOM! really wanted to make new fans for SIKTC, they would have made it so you send them the coupons and they ship out the “FREE” book.
Everything about this promotion is setup for abuse and wrong. BOOM! didn’t think about it as a whole but they also don’t care. The real winner out of this is BOOM! cause they’re getting retailers and consumers to go out and likely buy books they weren’t going to buy in order to get a FREE book out of it. I think there will be a lot of sadness for those who play by the rules and then are not able to get their prize.

My shop is amazing…but this whole thing is a complete shit show that completely put them in a bind over it. Piss poor and very late communication from BOOM, poor planning, poor directions, poor timing in regards to ordering. The entire thing is a SNAFU.
My shop is already stressed as they are getting calls, trying to do good by everyone, but there is absolutely no way they are being set up for success.
The last thing shops needs is this nonsense to worry about. The bigwigs at BOOM need to be taken out to the woodshed.

Can you imagine being a retailer with a shop and you decided to not participate but yet now you’re shop is being bombarded with calls about the promotion? That’s time and money taken away from you with BOOM! not preparing anyone for this bullshit of a promotion.

Probably but likely at inflated prices but that wasn’t the actual promotion of the book itself. One is suppose to buy copies of BRZRKR #1 and #2 to qualify for a free copy that is the 8th printing but a lot of shops are just going to end up selling it more than likely or they can just claim, “out of stock” when you go in and ask for it with your qualifying purchases and coupons cause BOOM! even states, “while supplies last”.
