Of all high republic marvel books, that one is my favorite.
I also grabbed a raw 9.8 a while back cheap. Not $20 cheap, maybe $40.

Yeah. I held on to a bunch of different “key” high republic issues. Listed on eBay for barely anything for 2 years and didn’t move. Traded them into a resale store last week for store credit. High republic will never do anything.

Got my books back from the Steranko signing. He honored my color requests which is so awesome. I wanted more of a neon orange on the X-Men 50 but the orange/pink peach looks amazing too. Orange and pink were my top 2 choices for this book so it’s funny it ended up with sort of a combo. And the silver metallic sigs on the X-Men 49s really shine. Very happy with how they came out. Grades are exactly as predicted. Went with neon purple for the cap to match the reds and blues.
Also happy to say no banana bends or damaged cases

I have only seen this comic in the wild once, on a wall for $85 raw. I got one of these for $9 and the other for $18 from MCS auctions. Now I just need to figure out how to crack a CGC case.

Been on the hunt for some nice graded One Piece cards, there are some crazy bargains out there. I’m just doing this for fun and don’t care about resale value which seems everyone flocks towards PSA cards for that but hands down CGC has the best looking cases. I’ve got quite a couple from various grading companies but the CGC slabs are just really nice:

My brother in law gave me a bunch of unopened OP cards. I opened them but don’t know if I have anything valuable. Is there a price guide?
Which packs where they? Bottom right should start with OP and a number which indicates the set it came in then the number after the dash is the card number.
The OP market is currently in a massive boom, seen a bunch of people complaining about it saying flippers from Pokemon have come into the OP market and are buying up all the cards which is spiking the value of a lot of cards so terrible time to be buying some cards but could be a good time to sell. My small collection has gained more than 4 times it’s value in 2 weeks. A $10 card is now hitting $300 sales so very possible you could have some good cards depending on what set they came from.

I’m fairly certain it is One Piece, but only because I got that off the card he showed. So I can certainly stand to be corrected.
Its One Piece.
Those cards have gone up in Value like crazy. Also the new DB (Dragon Ball) cards have also started to go up. Specially the new Manga boosters since they have all original Akira’s artwork.
